- Two specialists of the equine world and logistics are at the head of BCD Cheval.
- Benoit Marchand has been a cross builder and course designer in eventing for fifteen years. He has designed and built many courses from the novice to the international level.
- Frédéric Ferré used to work in the french army. He is very fond of wood building.
- Benoit Marchand and Frédéric Ferré have both been riders since their childhood and they meet equine professionals everyday.
